Caphe Banh Mi

Had a pho craving for weeks that wouldn’t go away and Caphe Banh Mi was the best way to treat it! I have celiac disease and called ahead of time to see if the pho was gluten free and could be made without cross contamination - both of which they happily confirmed. My husband and I both got the filet mignon pho and it was delicious. Served perfectly hot with a flavorful broth and a perfect serving size. I also tried the hot jasmine tea and it was wonderful. The atmosphere is very mellow, but I could see how it would get a bit loud and cramped if super busy. It was the best way to spend a rainy Sunday evening!
