The Gluten Free pizza bases are second to none at Capital! I've been Gf for 30 years and the Capital bases are OUTSTANDINGLY good! I love their simple cheese, garlic, herb starter pizza then I choose one of their many pasta sauces that they can prepare with GF penne pasta. I've also had their chicken mains and salads and love those too! So hard to choose sometimes! The service is prompt and genuine too.
