NOT CELIAC SAFE! Made gluten free order on flour tortilla, then tried to serve it. Requested correction, they dumped it on the correct base. Explained that doesn't fix it, finally remade it. If you want to risk it, you can see the prep line, so watch them and pay attention or pay for it later.
