Great breakfast. I require gluten-free for medical reasons. I highly recommend Capitol Waffle Shop. Waffle was very good as well as the sausage eggs and bacon.

Was so excited to try this place, but was overall disappointed. Ordered the half gluten free plain waffle and half hashbrown waffle. The gf waffle was gummy and dense with no flavor, similar to plain grits. The hasbrown tasted like bagged, frozen tots. For the price, it was disappointing that there wasn't real maple syrup or butter and they used single serve packets of ketchup and creamer. The server was nice and helpful and it was nice to hear he and the cook communicating back and forth.

Have always loved this place, and their gluten free waffles are absolutely delicious. Writing a review today because of the excellent customer service I just received. Ordered from them through Uber Eats, and the wrong waffle was delivered. Called Capitol Waffle and they were apologetic for the mix-up and delivered my order to me. Excellent experience.
