Capriccio Osteria - Italian Restaurant in Leichhardt, Sydney

My group had pizza, which was delightful. Service on a Saturday night was dismal. Ordering took a while Our drinks order was not put through. When trying to pay on leaving tried to flag someone down with no luck, went to the counter to pay, was told to sit back down and they would bring it to me. It took 20mins from wanting the cheque to someone accepting my payment. Food was a 4.5/5. They were able to cater to a Vegan, and the Gluten free base was house made and tasty (different orders). Regular pizza was delightful. I suggest asking for chilli oil to accompany the pizza.

Traditional wood-fire pizzas, warm & inviting ambiance (seated downstairs), and excellent service throughout - I highly recommend dining here, in the heart of Leichhardt! We were a group of six, and one of us had gluten-free dietary requirements - this restaurant offers gluten-free pizza & pasta options to suit, which was a plus. For traditional Italian cuisine in the inner west, a visit to Capriccio Osteria is a must!
