They have gluten-free bread and are careful about cross contamination. It is right in front of the Santa Eulalia beach, in Ibiza, a beautiful place.

OPTIONS FOR CELIAC/GLUTEN-FREE. They prepare bread on one side with its packaging and the rest of the toast ingredients on the other to avoid cross contamination. Exquisite food and juices. They also have gluten-free mochis! What a pity that they are not associated with the Celiac Association of the Balearic Islands and it took me a long time to find them.
