I had the prime rib and my celiac wife had the salmon, baked potato and a salad, they did a great job ensuring her meal was gluten free and prepared in a gluten free, clean area. She had a salad with Italian dressing, then grilled salmon with a baked potato. I had prime rib dinner with a loaded potato and their home made cake for dessert... The prime rib was good but could have been warmer, the cake was also good but a bit dry, it could have been more moist so I would say it was just okay. The other salmon dinner had scallops and loaded potato, it was very good, the third salmon dinner came with broccoli and it was very good as well. The meal cost more in our case due to the wine we bought.
