They have GF bread and staff take safety precautions to ensure not cross contaminated. I've never been glutened here. You can also get the sandwich as a salad.

We were debating about where to go for lunch. That process is made harder now since one of our kids has a gluten allergy. So we wound up going to some place that had a posted gluten free options on the website. However I thought it would be fun to stop by and check it out anyway. Wish would have checked it out anyway before we got food. Although the other location we ate was good this would have been so much better. And just so everyone knows they do have gluten free bread. They have a very eclectic variety of things in the store portion. We brought a few items for a birthday gift and we would have brought more but they can’t sell wine other than the restaurant. They did however have lasagna on the board as a special so I got some to go. It came with a small green salad and bread. All of which were good. I let my other daughter try some and she ate it all but I had enough that told me that we will be here again. Other than the gluten free options not being listed anywhere this was good and I can’t wait to come back.
