Great Halal Uyghur restaurant
They were able to accommodate the gluten free by omitting soy sauce on the items and the staff were very accommodating and make changes to the items to ensure everything was gluten free

The food at caravanserai was absolutely delicious and flavourful. They were knowledgeable about gluten free and were able to make good recommendations and alter some dishes to make them gluten free. Excited to go back and try more dishes!
