We had a great experience at Carbone Dallas!! We went for my birthday and the staff was excellent and so friendly. Unfortunately, there was a mix up with my friends gluten free pasta and she was given regular pasta. Our server (I think her name was Norma or Nora, my apologies) was so helpful and attentive to fixing the situation and bringing her wonderful manager, Brick over. Brick was the absolute best and made sure that we were all okay and taken care of!! Overall, it was a great experience and we will be back and will always give our thanks to the excellent staff!!

First of all, this place is beautiful. Our server Kyle was incredible. He made the entire experience for me. We also ordered the table side Caesar salad and the lady who made that for us was amazing as well. I cannot eat gluten so they made me the spicy rigatoni vodka gluten free and I almost stopped eating it because I could NOT believe it was actually gluten free (it was, I ate it all with zero negative reaction). Our table ordered 3 different pasta dishes, the salad, drinks all around (x2) and two desserts. For those saying it “breaks” the bank, please tell me another restaurant, at that quality for less? I’ve been to many and cannot think of 1. Please make the reservation. Order the cocktail, eat your weight in pasta and enjoy the vibes. It’s worth all the hype. Also, a tip for those complaining you got charged $9 for water…just say you want tap. The same as you would at any other exclusive restaurant. It doesn’t cost a thing and yes, it’s always an option. And if you do not want to sit on the patio, just say that when making your reservation. I asked for dining room specifically and that’s what I got.
