Caretti's Pizza and Ristorante

As a person with a gluten allergy eating Italian is sometimes iffy. They have an extensive gluten free menu and many of the things are made in house. They are very aware of avoiding cross contamination with foods and very accommodating. The food was incredible! The pizza could have cooked for a bit longer but the appetizers were FANTASTIC! Highly recommend!

Ok I was thinking of getting a tuna salad sandwich. They have gluten free rolls. Great So I asked the ingredients in the tuna salad. I could not hear with all the background noise. Or even understand him due to his accent. Or poor English?? So I said huh .well he hung up on me . Wow I was not expecting that. I have to check on ingredients in some foods due to my allergies . Been there before had gluten free pizza . Ok Guess I won't be going back. After that experience. Hanging up on customer . Gluten free food cost more .to begin with. There are other restaurants in town that offer it as well ..((((( My apologies you are correct .I did not realize There were 2 hopefully there not the same owners. However I've been to your location And you guys get 6 stars. Food was good and very friendly there . Now if you offer gluten free rolls and pizza that would be awesome. Sometimes I'll will eat a regular roll to much I'll have side effects from the gluten. The other place we'll I will go there in person and tell them. The responds I received over the phone from them is unacceptable period. Sorry for the mix up. Thank you for bringing this to my attention. I highly recommend your restaurant. On route 11
