I got to taste test a sample steam bag of the gluten free penne for a chef I work with. Loved it! Best gluten free pasta ever. And so convenient, 2.5 minutes in the microwave, then serve from the bag. In our restaurant this will make it possible to serve delish pasta and make it easy to avoid cross contamination.
