Carluccio's - Marriott Regents Park

Most branches of this popular Italian chain are cramped, crowded and consequently noisy. This branch is located within the Marriott hotel, and as a result, is spacious and comfortable, at all times of the day except breakfast, when they have to feed the hotel guests. I live within 100 metres of this branch, so it is super convenient, but I think it is a hidden gem. The quality of the produce and the cooking are of a good standard - not super high end but then neither are the prices. There are dishes to suit all ages and tastes, including vegetarians and gluten frees. The service is always friendly and the fact that I can meet people there for a quick coffee or a 4 course meal, makes it my go-to local spot. Sadly I find their recommended seasonal wines quite uninteresting, and they do seem slightly overpriced for what they are, but the overall package works well.
