Great food excellent service. No pizza unfortunately. Food portions are quite large for kids menu. Few vegan options but they do gluten free options for pastas.

Don't overlook this lovely restaurant just because it's slightly out of the way. Looking out over the Forbury Gardens, the location is lovely in the summer, but also in winter. The setting is large but cosy, and their gluten-free menu is excellent, as is the service. You can also buy tasty Italian treats to take away, which are good enough to be gifted.
