I am not celiac, but my partner is. I ate a normal hamburger and without further ado, I think there are better options to eat. As for gluten, they offer you gluten-free things, but if you are celiac I don't recommend going at all! The misinformation is noticeable and if you look at little things, ugh.
We ask if they have gluten-free options to check, they tell us yes and point out a couple of dishes and that they have gluten-free bread and are asked "But do you make gluten-free things separately?" And his answer was "we have gluten-free breads" and we asked again if that gluten-free bread was made on another griddle and he answered again that they have gluten-free bread, so you are left with a feeling of total insecurity, so my partner ordered a different dish that was marked as gluten-free.
Spoiler got bad.
He didn't order dessert because he noticed that the cakes have gluten attached to them and the ones they could sell are gluten.
When we left we looked in the kitchen and the cook was wearing cooking gloves with a cell phone in his hand. She left that place with a feeling of insecurity, only to start feeling bad a few minutes later and all for offering something that is a lie. Indicate that it may contain traces or that it has a low gluten content, because there are many types of people, for some it feels like nothing, others have a bad time or you can send them to the hospital, so my advice is, before offering something for a group of people with an illness, find out first how to do it right and if not, don't do it and we will find a safe place to go. Not everything goes.
