Amazing Experience! Jane was The.Best! She made our experience such a pleasure! Also, gluten free pasta was SO Delicious!!!

This was my first time visiting Carmines, I didn't have reservations and they sat us in the bar section, the person who served us wasn't very attentive because I asked if he could help us in Spanish and he replied that he didn't speak Spanish and it's obvious that he does speak Spanish. The guy was chubby, had glasses and a beard and it seemed like he spoke Spanish but since he told me I didn't do my best with my English for him to understand me, I told him I had gluten allergies and he told me to check the menu and that he would be back to take the order. My order came back with linguine, everything was delicious until I started to feel sick, I don't want to get anything for free or get anyone in trouble because the food was delicious, but the person who served us was not very attentive, I think his name started with L ..... and attention to all of you who have allergies, I don't think linguine is gluten free

Food and service were amazing at Carmine’s Las Vegas! Carlos, our server, was the best! I have Celiac and he helped ensure we had a wonderful meal that was also safe for me to eat. The gluten free pasta was delicious! My husband and son also enjoyed it and said they couldn’t tell it was gluten free. I highly recommend Carmine’s and ask for Carlos!
