Both of my daughters have Celiac disease so you can't imagine how thrilled they were to find out that we could get gluten free pizza on our last night in NYC. They took such great care in keeping gluten out of our pizzas. They even included our own little pizza cutter in each box so cross contamination wouldn't happen. We could easily walk there from our hotel in Times Square. We got a call when our pizza was ready. The pizza was wonderful, too!

My daughter has Celiac Disease, they have a seperate pre-made gluten free pizza crust kit that is cooked in its own pan. The kit includes a pizza cutter for individual use. The cook used gloves and seemed mostly mindful of cross contamination. My daughter didn't have a reaction.

Went here because I heard they have gluten free pizza, my daughter has Celiac. For the gluten free pizza you have to order a whole pie, so bring a friend. The pizza was excellent! I got mine half cheese half sausage. Pizza cooks on its own pan, chef gloves up and you get your own cutter to serve.
