Extremely poor experience. We are a local family of 5 who came for breakfast after a hockey tournament. My husband and I arrived a couple minutes before the other 3 and they refused to seat us until everyone was there. I asked if we could come in and order coffee but they refused. We also sent an entire hockey team from a tournament over and they had the same experience. Others arrived and were seated while we had to wait. No gluten free option for those requesting something. No adjustments (no mushrooms) to menu items. When I called to discuss my experience with Courtney, the Manager, she told me "nobody is forcing you to come here" and she hung up. I am so disappointed that I sent so much business over from the hockey tournament and will never recommend Carols again.

Online it says they have gluten free menus. Got there for breakfast and they say they only have gluten free for dinner. So I left while my family stayed to eat. Pretty disappointing.

I wish I could give this more than five stars! The atmosphere was cute and comfortable. Our server, Judy, greeted warmly as soon as we arrived. Although it was busy (a good sign!), she seated quickly. The menu has impressive variety, including gluten-free options that were clearly marked. The food was out of this world!!! Everything is homemade, and you can TELL. The portions are huge, so remember to save room for dessert. I will be thinking about this place for a long time. It’s truly a gem. New favorite restaurant!!
