Carrabba's Italian Grill

I ordered grilled Salmon with gluten free pasta that tasted great and a drink (Prickly Pear). The drink was well made. My date order grilled Salmon with mashed potatoes. He stated that it was delicious mashed potatoes. Charmaine one of the manager stop by to check on our table.

The food tasted good but the waiter Daniel was told that one of our party had a severe gluten allergy and to let the kitchen know. By the time we left and almost made it to the car, she was vomiting and by two hours later started having the mouth sores. Considering we spent almost 2 hundred dollars, this is unacceptable. They need to take gluten allergies serious. She ordered from gluten free menu, but when you get sick immediately, you know you have been contaminated. We won’t be returning. I would give no stars if I could, because how sick she is right now.
