Amanda, our server, was excellent. She was friendly and familiar with the menu. Our party of 12 had 2 with gluten-free needs, and we were catered to.

The first time I came to Carrabba's was amazing! The fettuccine was immaculate! Tonight, I ordered the gluten free fettuccine to go. Figured the gluten free would be almost the same, just easier on my system since I have a light allergy. Unfortunately, the pasta has been over cooked into a paste... And with very little sauce, I can barely eat it. You need to take gluten free pasta out earlier than regular or it turns into Alfredo mashed potatoes.
