The soft lighting, the rustic-yet-refined decor, and that incredible aroma of garlic butter in the air—it's a whole mood. And then there’s the food! As someone who eats gluten-free, it's refreshing eating a pasta that actually tastes like a savory pasta. The wood-grilled salmon is seasoned and tender, the Minestrone Soup is rich and comforting, and even their salads keep the flavor alive without missing a beat. But what truly makes me a regular? The people. The staff is welcoming without being overbearing, professional but never stiff. And the management—huge props to them for creating such a warm, seamless experience. It’s that rare kind of effortless hospitality that makes me feel like part of 'the family'. At the end of the day, Carrabba’s is more than just a meal—it’s a place that feels like home, with delicious food and genuine service that keeps me coming back.
