The food and atmosphere is always fantastic! And the staff is beyond accommodating. Sitting at the bar top, bartender Don went above and beyond to make sure the kitchen was aware and took every precaution for my gluten allergy. Don went back and forth several times to ensure I had the best, and safest outcome. When I asked if they still made the Sausage and Peppers appetizer, he talked to his manager (Matt) to see if they could whip something up for us. Matt was able to not only recreate the appetizer gluten friendly, but the taste was beyond compare! Not that we wouldn’t be back, but Don & Matt both solidified Carrabba’s as date night local for us!
