Carrabba's Italian Grill

They didn't take reservations for Christmas Eve, only call ahead. We did get seated within 20min after we arrived. The pomegranate martini was ok...but not great. Being part of the Outback family, their other restaraunts have amazing cocktails. The gluten free options were good for those with special dietary needs. But when a dish is ordered that is "stuffed with fontina cheese and prosciutto", that should be inside the split chicken breast's. There was nothing stuffed inside when it was delivered to our table. I did send it back. They seemed to forget about my dish? As everyone else at our table was finished eating and my dinner had not been brought back. I eventually did get my dinner....stuffed with the fontana cheese and prosciutto.

Pasta was overcooked. Usually I love the gluten-free pasta and alfredo sauce but it left my throat very phlegmy. I wonder if they changed the recipe. Kind of had me worried a little. Little bit queasy even tonight. Gluten-free folks should be a little bit worried. However the minestrone soup was wonderful.
