I ordered through an app. I have celiac disease and added gluten free please to every dish. Carrabba's is excellent with food allergies. We opened our food and there was bread inside our appetizers and a bag of bread on top. I could easily be a downer and give a bad review, but the manager, she was outstanding! I called and explained the situation and she was amazing! We had new hot food to the door in no time, with a smile(I could see with security cameras,lol). Yes, we were refunded, but that's not important, she took care of use immediately and with kindness. I wish I got her name. I hope she sees this!
