We came to this Carrabba's location for a large group event. The staff really nailed it. They asked for everyone's order from a set menu ahead of time, eliminating the time to take orders at the restaurant. Everything came out efficiently and at the right temperature! I have gluten allergies and I only mentioned it once to the waitress (also notified staff with the order) and did not have to worry one bit! There were multiple gluten free options to choose from and they even made me a gluten free cannoli! Thank you to the wonderful waitress and kitchen staff! It seems they take food allergies seriously particularly at this location.
