This was my third visit to Carson's and I have yet to be disappointed! The staff is incredibly friendly and SO helpful when it comes to dietary restrictions (celiac in our case)! We've previously enjoyed the Rainbow Cauliflower and "Devil's" Eggs, but this time we ordered the Gyro Tacos - in lettuce wraps to accommodate allergies - and they were AMAZING! Great atmosphere, food, drinks, and company have made this our favorite Vegas restaurant to return to over and over!
