The Godfather has been a favorite of mine for years. I moved away 10 years ago and sadly because of an auto immune condition cannot have gluten. On a trip passing through this week, I was ecstatic to learn that they recently started using a gluten free bread that matches the size of their signature sourdough. It’s quite nice as far as gluten free bread goes, but the best part is being able to get my beloved Godfather sandwich again! It’s such a pain to be gluten free, but these guys won my heart once again with offering a great GF option.
