Carving Rock Kitchen

A gluten free goldmine! We found this place on our road trip from TX to NJ. We arrived about 10 minutes after they opened and happy we did because the line was almost to the door! After exploring the menu I understood the hype. As a celiac we are extremely limited on food options but this place left nothing out. In addition to an extensive coffee list there were cinnamon rolls, fried chicken, and biscuits and gravy to name a few. I was already in heaven. The woman at the register was so pleasant and hospitable informed everyone that they were a small operation and that there would be a short wait for some of the items as they were baking in the oven. Coffees came out quickly and food was a little bit after but I would’ve waited hours for what we were about to enjoy. Naturally I had to carb up with cinnamon rolls and biscuits and gravy. I will DREAM about these forever they were soooooo good. So good in fact we ordered cinnamon rolls to go. Show up early and don’t show up in a rush, you will not be disappointed. Thank you for our wonderful gluten free experience !

Absolutely the best gluten free vegan food ever! I have multiple food allergies and was thrilled to find this restaurant.

Great food, great atmosphere, great people! You don't need to be gluten-free to enjoy what they're serving up at the Carving Rock 5 stars!!!
