First of all, the tacos are undeniably very tasty. not quite authentic but a kind of compromise between Mexican and tex-mex. Some of the staff are very friendly, others more robotic. All of them could do with more training about allergens, especially gluten. It's arguably just about possible for coeliacs to eat here but there are some challenges communicating about the issue of cross contamination. They use Mexican maize flour for the tacos, but everything else is wheat. The kitchen has the capacity to keep them seperate but they might not understand the need for this if wait staff don't communicate the need clearly. finally, the horchata is almost perfect but has way too much sugar. I mentioned this to the owner and he insisted it's how it's supposed to be. yeah maybe in the US.
