GLUTEN-FREE FRIENDLY! We went for dinner with a group of over 30 people. The service was top-notch; we were incredibly well looked after throughout the meal, even though we were so many. I mentioned to the kitchen a few days before that I was celiac, and they completely adapted the menu to my needs. Upon arriving at the restaurant, they immediately made sure to identify who the celiac person was and then invited me into the kitchen to show me how they would prepare my dishes, ensuring there was no cross-contamination. Not only did they offer gluten-free options, but they also asked if I had any preferences, giving me the option to choose the adapted dishes. I'd never been treated so well in a gluten-free restaurant, and I was very grateful. Congratulations to the waiters and staff working at Casa Marlés!
