The best Tortos outside of Asturias. I hope not to see the worst. With that recommendation, we ordered the minced meat and another one with mushrooms (the worst)... literally horrible and probably unhealthy. The Tortos were soaked in oil, and the eggs were more boiled than fried, giving the impression of not even knowing how to fry an egg, and I can assure you it wasn't due to a lack of oil. The mushrooms with truffles had a disgusting flavor, and without being able to confirm it, they were the ones that made me spend the afternoon in the bathroom. Escalopes with Cabrales cheese were correct. Breaded Cachopo (gluten-free, meaning just egg 🤪) wasn't tasty at all, and neither was the inside. A deadly liquid oozed out of them, accompanying the cheese and ham... and a fuzzy something I couldn't identify, but that color doesn't exist in nature. The stomach bomb prevented me from continuing to eat. The cecina croquettes were delicious. The best thing is Aniceto against his own menu so that you order the most expensive, "no, not steak, order sirloin, it's better for me... anyway. And if you feel like peeing, go outside, because it's appreciated in winter. If you feel like having a stomach ache and raising your cholesterol, I recommend it 100%
