We had an incredible dinner at Casa Bianca last night and will definitely be back. Everything is so well done: the restaurant itself is so welcoming and well designed, the drink menu is TOP notch including a large selection of non alcoholic drinks, and the food was fantastic. The cherry on top was that they use local flour from Barton Springs Mill, which is a huge plus for people like me who are gluten intolerant to basic all purpose flour but can tolerate high quality flours. I was able to eat everything on the menu! Highly recommend.
