Wow, what a surprise this place is! The best gluten-free pizza dough I've ever had, made with real Caputo gluten-free flour and no cauliflower or squash crust...plus, baked in a wood-fired oven, the texture is incredible, and the taste is exceptional! My wife had a "regular" pizza and was just as satisfied. It's the closest thing to what you can eat in Italy! I tried the Carnivore and told the chef how delicious it was! Plus, cutting it with scissors is fun. The service is quick and efficient. This is a place worth discovering, and I'll definitely be back!
