If you have the chance, please eat here! We were in disbelief the whole meal at how amazing the flavors were. The staff were so nice and it was fun to say hi to the chef before eating. The portions are generous so pace yourself. Well priced for a Michelin star. Also - I have celiac and the kitchen made it easy for me to enjoy my meal. Amazing experience and our best meal by far on our Basque/Asturias/Rioja trip!

I had always heard about the site but perhaps because of its years of history I imagined it as a classic site and it did not arouse much interest in me. However, I had the opportunity to try it recently at a work lunch and I have to say 10. I am a vegetarian, they adapted the menu completely exquisitely for me. There was a celiac companion, another who does not eat meat and another who was lactose intolerant, all adapted and perfect. Marcos Morán explained to us that they even adapt the 16-course menu, the long one, to vegetarians and vegans, always warning beforehand, of course. Without a doubt they have known how to maintain their essence but modernizing and reaching all audiences. I will definitely return sooner rather than later and as often as I can.
