The waiter Mauri was very kind, the food was superb and the location overlooking the sea deserves a lot. I have celiac disease and I didn't have any problems, the paellas were all gluten-free and 0 contamination.

There are few things to say when you are left speechless. The food, the treatment and how comfortable we were. We put ourselves on a waiting list because there was no room left, something completely normal being August, shortly after we received a confirmation email that we had a reservation. From the moment we arrived until we left, the attention was excellent, especially from Juan Carlos who made us smile more than we expected the rice. We also went with a special request because my partner was celiac, and they were attentive at all times, with recommendations and in the kitchen. We ate some grilled squid and black rice as well as a delicious wine and a shot of tangerine granita (if you are going to order it 100%) I still have a week left in Valencia and I will definitely repeat. To eat on Malvarrosa beach one of the best options: good, nice, cheap!
