Great food and great people. We ordered take-out to eat at the Mosinee Brewing Company. The hostess went out of her way to help the person before me and then me. I ordered nachos but asked to have the cheese sauce removed because I don’t eat gluten and many cheese sauces have flour in them. As she was packing my order, she remembered that I said I don’t eat gluten and asked if I would like some cheese sauce on the side because they don’t use flour. I appreciated her thoughtfulness. And, the cheese sauce is amazing. I highly recommend the restaurant!
