Casa Nostra Italian restaurant

firstly our food took 2 hours arrive. after it arrived part of our food had gone bad. as we asked for the chef he refused to listen to us, laughed in our face and degraded us. we left absolutely disappointed as well as fearing a possible stomach issues due to bad dairy products. would not come ever again - this is a response to the extremely rude reply i got for this review. the restaurant claims that the reason our food took longer was that gluten free pasta takes longer to boil. true, however it doesn’t take 2 hours. next, i don’t think it should be acceptable that even if a chef is shocked for him to call a young woman darling, interrrupt and make extremely rude comments. finally, i also don’t think it’s that shocking to be upset over getting burrata that had gone bad. this reply back just further proves the extremely rude service and mindset of this restaurant and how clearly they don’t have their costumers needs or wants in mind.

Delicious Italian food with fabulous service. The owner is very kind and attentive. They have gluten-free pasta, which is important since we were traveling with a celiac person. Good quality, quantity, price ratio.
