I had a great experience at Casa Tina! I was visiting family who have been coming here for years. I have celiac disease and our server Laurie was really friendly and helpful with navigating what I could eat and I had a great plate of chorizo Guadalajara tacos. Enjoyed some aerial gymnastics as well, dinner and a show!

Although their website indicates rice, beans and sauces are gluten free, the corn and flour tacos and tortillas are all made in the same fryers and pans. The food is not celiac safe. To me, it seemed very misleading when we realized very little on the menu was actually gluten free.
