Mike is absolutely amazing. Hands down the best service I have ever had. Our family came into town to visit family and stayed at the Canapy Hotel. Casacata is attached to our hotel. The moment we made reservations to be seated, to everything was amazing. Mike gave us a brief history of Sioux Falls and the restaurant. He was very energetic, positive, upbeat, and went above and beyond to make sure there would be no gluten issues with my food. He checked with the kitchen and made suggestions as to what would be the best options or substitutes. Highly recommend and will definitely be back. We all need Mike's like this in every restaurant!!!!
