Best cauliflower or gluten-free crust I've ever had.

Edited to add that I've got plenty of credible reviews that are above 2 stars because the service and food was excellent. If you want one star, I'll gladly give it to you. Thank you for addressing none of my concerns and only using "small business" as a way out. Many small businesses don't need to use excuses such as yourself. Service was slow and the food was even more so. The gluten-free option I came an hour and a half for was not available. They charge a ton extra for credit card. They won't tell you, but it's written on a tiny sign next to the register. If your older mother is paying, make sure she's aware. Actually, I just wouldn't recommend going. The owner seems to have a little of an attitude on here which I wish I'd seen first. The food lacked sauce, but was otherwise alright. For the price I paid, it was definitely not enough, quantity wise. I would DEFINITELY had paid less to feed my family at Olive Garden with leftovers to take home. This isn't Italy, you're next to the tracks in Cibolo.
