Saw so many positive reviews stating this was celiac-safe, good for those with gluten issues, and delicious---but when we went, the very first thing was saw was someone patting down flour tortillas on the line preparing someone else's food, and they went straight in with the same gloved hands into the cheese and other ingredients, contaminating everything (tho it was surely already well-compromised before we saw it). We had no choice but to drop out of line waiting to order and find another place to eat. A real shame--we were so ready to have something delicious and safely gluten-free after an hours-long drive in all the bad winter weather with this place in mind for dinner. :(

Nothing fancy. Gluten free options. Wife is gluten sensitive and had no issues. Order at the counter. They make in front of you. Similar to the Chipotle model, but so much better! Two of us had the nachos, 3 tacos, and a burrito. Everything was excellent. Had chicken tinga and beef tinga as the proteins, both were really good. The fresh guac was really nice. We left stuffed. Will pick this over any chain Mexican food. Will certainly be back.
