Build-your-own Mediterranean bowls! That sums it up. Plenty of vegetarian and gluten free options. You can choose a base of grains, greens, lentils, or combine them. A certain number of toppings is included. The crazy feta is a hit in our family - it's whipped with olive oil and spices. The roasted veggies are really good! Drink options include unique items like strawberry citrus, blueberry lavender, and cucumber mint lemonade.
