Cavallo Nero

I can’t believe I’ve only just discovered this place. I’m celiac so I need gluten free options and I’m always looking for new places. My husband and I ordered 3 appies which were all amazing - they don’t normally offer GF bruschetta but they made it work with pizza crust and it was amazing. Our entrees were amazing also. The server was so accommodating and didn’t mind when he had to ask the kitchen about modifications or whether something was GF. I guess the only Cons for me were that there were no GF desserts (not uncommon to be fair) and their menu didn’t include any indication of which items were GF or could be GF. Overall I thought this place was amazing and I will be going back for sure.

My friend and I had the BEST experience at Cavallo Nero last night. Our awesome server, lovely bartender, talented chefs …. All blew it out of the park. We visited on June 30 @ 5pm (for management to know who was there). They even created a custom pizza to satisfy a craving for an amazing item that was on the menu years ago. So accommodating and also enthusiastic to do so. Can’t say enough! Also their gluten free pizza dough is the best I’ve had. Can’t wait to go back again!!!!
