I’m allergic to wheat and this is the best restaurant in Laramie that I’ve tried so far for gluten free food. It’s also the best restaurant I’ve eaten at since I developed the allergy four years ago! The menu is labeled very well and the food is outstanding! It’s expensive, but worth every penny in my opinion. I’ll definitely be back!

Do not go if you have food allergies. I am gluten free and ordered a gluten free bun on my burger but was served a traditional gluten containing bun. Fortunately I noticed by the appearance of the bun that it was not gluten free before taking a bite. Very close call so I would not recommend it.
