Caveau Brunstein

We stayed at this B&B during the Christmas markets in Alsace in December 2023. It is located in a fairly convenient location for reaching Colmar and/or Strasbourg. Obviously it's not a 5 star B&B but we had a very good time. I was amazed by the friendliness, friendliness and helpfulness of the owner. For breakfast I had only warned the day before that I was celiac but on the first day of breakfast he made me find plum cakes, bread and other gluten-free products, bought by him at the supermarket just for me. There are 4 of us in the family and we were hosted in a small apartment with two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. Honestly, we spent a fair price. It's true that we moved a little away from the main cities but it wasn't tiring at all. Less than a couple of km away we visited a Christmas market which I found fabulous in a neighboring village called Orschwiller. We didn't eat in the B&B restaurant but had breakfast. It's a rustic place but absolutely recommendable...unless you're used to 5-star hotels
