I am really excited to have another celiac safe gluten free place around. As a vegan as well I didn’t see many options. I tried the wrap which was essentially lettuce and tomato inside a gf wrap. The outside of the wrap itself was good but it was very bland and dry and quite overpriced considering it did not include any avocado and/or hummus. Also staff training needs some refinement. I asked if they use any oat products as most even certified gf oat products are not considered safe for celiacs. They had no idea and did not offer an ingredient/allergen list either. I love the atmosphere and the concept and I really hope they make some improvements.

The food was yummy. I really liked my Wagyu sliders with that crunchy bacon. My wife also enjoyed her wrap. As a celiac it’s nice to have a safe menu!
