I was pretty excited to have some real American food and this ticked all of the boxes with lots of gluten free options, local and sustainable foods, care with where the ingredients come from and how it’s cooked and served family style 🙏 love it so much I got to go boxes to bring on our plane for our 14 hour flight home to Australia! My spouse has been here before while traveling so we chose to take my daughter and son-in-law there. They had enough gluten free items for them to choose from for dinner. We arrived prior to most dinner reservations and were able to be seated immediately. Server was very pleasant and attentive without being overbearing. He made excellent suggestions for entrees as well. We will definitely return when back in the Dallas area.
