Despite my having told our server that I wanted the gluten-free flatbread, he brought out sandwich bread. He then put the correct order in, but I had to ask him to follow up. When he brought it, it had been baked too long. Also, the menus don't have GS notations to help me know what is safe for me to eat. I had to literally insist that the server check with the kitchen (in response to his "It should be fine" answer when I asked about the entree that I was considering). Not the best experience I've ever had at Cento.

Tons of gluten "sensitive" options! Our server was very knowledgeable and extremely accommodating Would most likely not be safe for celiac but for folks gf for other reasons, its great. The cheesecake was divine
