Cento Wood-fire Pizzeria & Cafe

Our family loves Centos! Always a fun atmosphere, delicious food and a great place to spend quality time! My personal favorite is the Gluten free Pig and the Fig. The kids love the mango smoothies and the coffee is top notch!

The best gluten-friendly pizza I’ve ever had! We’ve enjoyed the traditional pizza toppings and the adventurous ones, and all are delicious. Amazing salads and pastas, custom cocktails, fresh coffee (including my favorite Cafe Miel), all in an absolutely gorgeous atmosphere, full of character, with cozy nooks for meeting friends and sidewalk seating for enjoying the seasons in beautiful downtown Albert Lea. A great addition to the downtown shopping district!

Great first time experience at Cento. My husband and I both got pizzas. I got the Margherita and he got the Triple Threat. We also got a house salad with some modifications. We were impressed with each of the items of ordered. We both are gluten free and really enjoyed the crust on the pizza. They did a great job making it as close to regular crust as possible. The pomegranate mustard salad dressing was fabulous, too. I have been disappointed by many gluten free pizza crusts but was happily surprised with Cento. The service and atmosphere was nice too. I wish I had taken photos because the food was very presentable too.
