Great first time experience at Cento. My husband and I both got pizzas. I got the Margherita and he got the Triple Threat. We also got a house salad with some modifications. We were impressed with each of the items of ordered. We both are gluten free and really enjoyed the crust on the pizza. They did a great job making it as close to regular crust as possible. The pomegranate mustard salad dressing was fabulous, too. I have been disappointed by many gluten free pizza crusts but was happily surprised with Cento. The service and atmosphere was nice too. I wish I had taken photos because the food was very presentable too.

We had dinner with our youngest daughter and her family for our 54th Wedding Anniversary. The food and service was excellent. I have to be gluten free and the gluten free pizza was very good. I also had the side salad which was excellent.
