We love Cento Uno because it has gluten free pizza! It is the same oven as gluten pizza but we don't have celiac. My 9 and 6 year old gluten allergic kids love this pizza the most out of all restaurants. Seriously seriously. For me, I get the veggie slice. The veggies are diced small. I say this because that that means the slice has the hint of veggies and not over powered by lazy cutting. Their pizza has LOVE literally baked into it. I hope more people go because my family loves it.
